BLACK an occult, thriller, horror comic involving paranormal investigation, hermetic occultist orders, and demonic plots for Armageddon.
Paranormal investigator David Black, accompanied by the mischievous and cryptic revenant named Roger, are sent on a dangerous lead to investigate sightings of an unnaturally large black dog by a mysterious stranger. David soon discovers the demon Black Shuck attempting to invade the the terrestrial plane in search of the Ars Maleficarum, an ancient tome of forbidden occult knowledge and witchcraft. A tense encounter ensues as David confronts the demon dog.
Created by BottomlessCoffin and KNOB. Originally a silly little idea between two art kids that was inspired by creepypasta and “monster of the week” comics / television has now become a bigger story than we ever imagined. KNOB and BottomlessCoffin shortly before college at a summer program where they became fast friends and have been buddies ever since. They’ve worked together on projects in the past, but finally decided to actually follow through We look forward to telling this story and will release chapters on this site for everyone to enjoy for free.
